-Define client relationship strategies to foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships, focusing on upselling and addressing client needs.
-Bussiness unit financial projects forecasting and reporting: Manage projects invoicing, financial control, company forecasting, ensuring adherence to budgets and improving financial goals.
-Identify new business opportunities with potential clients, showcasing the unit's capabilities and products.
-In charge of communication between clients and knowledge area/project managers. Supervise project delivery to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
-Report project status, financial performance and client relationships to the Global Head of Data Intelligence & AI.
